When you enquire, book a viewing or book a venue we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date and times, guest numbers, event type and any message you send.

When you pay a booking fee we record the payment outcome and reference. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

We keep a record of the emails and text messages we send you about your enquiry or booking, and of your replies.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote prices, arrange viewings, take bookings and payments, share booking details with the venue you book, and set up your event planning space.

Who we share it with

The venue you enquire about or book, and service providers that help us run the service: payment processing, email and text message delivery, database hosting and event planning.
